What to do when staying in a peaceful secluded wine estate? Well first off; enjoy the WINE! And I certainly did that. This estate makes some gorgeous wine and there is little more relaxing than sitting by the pool watching the sun set over the mountains sipping on a tasty white wine from grapes grown all around the estate and ripened by the soil in the next field. In this part of South Africa there are two fabulous local cultural exports - decent steak and fine wine. I had my fill of both of these. I spotted these barrels around the back of the manor house and thought they would make a great back drop for my pure white trousers and braces and hat. It was just after breakfast but certainly not too early to enjoy a nice relaxing glass. Well not for me anyway. It seemed to loosen me up. You don't mind if I pop my breasts out do you?
